The Wisconsin Snowmobile Safety Program is administered by the WI DNR and seeks to provide the learner with basic knowledge and skills to help you become a safe and responsible snowmobiler. Students are taught about ethics, safety, maintenance, laws and responsible use of a snowmobile.
Any person who is at least 12 years old and who is born on or after January 1, 1985 is required to possess a valid Snowmobile Safety Certificate in order to operate a snowmobile on public routes.
Paul Bunyan Riders is hosting their next Snowmobile Safety Class on Saturday, Nov 9 from 9am to 4pm at the Riverview Town Hall. If you are a MEMBER OF RED ARROW, the club will reimburse the $10 class fee for attending the in person class for you, your children or grandchildren. All you need to do is email or text us a picture of your completion certificate.
To sign up for their class or another one that better meets your needs go to: dnr.wi.gov and search for education.
